I haven't been able to slap the grin off my face for the last since yesterday when I landed. If it was possible to hug a city and squeeze the life out of it... that's what I would do to Sydney. I love everything about it... it's amazing.I have three weeks here, and I did get to see most of Sydney the last time I was here for my semester abroad, so I am slowly re-exploring the city. I spent today walking through Darling
Harbour, some parks in the middle, some of the shopping centers, and the Contemporary Museum of Art.
Harbour, some parks in the middle, some of the shopping centers, and the Contemporary Museum of Art. Darling Harbour has to be one of the best looking city areas in Australia. It's lined with shops, cafes, upscale bars, the huge aquarium and wildlife center, maritime museum... and it's where the MTV filmed Real World Sydney.
And no trip walking through the city is complete without going to Circular Quay, where the Harbour Bridge and unmistakable opera house is. I swear, there is nothing better than walking all day just to finish up by seeing this. It's just
stunning.
stunning. I'm planning on a tour through the inside, which I didn't do last time. Plenty of photos still to come.
